Parasite OS

Meet Parasite OS - a concept and project to create a rogue pseudo operating system on top of the host operating system. Once inside, defensive tools try to detect malicious code by monitoring operating system resources utilization (i.e. ElJefe). Run post-exploitation tools on top of a parasite operating system to minimize traces to the host. This presentation will: introduce the concepts; what would take to have a parasite OS running in ring0 and ring3 modes; how the basic four resources are managed - processes, network, memory, and file system.
